GENMARU隱私權政策
本政策說明 Genmaru（開發者：Shou-Shan Xiao，以下稱「我們」）發行的遊戲 App 會處理哪些資料，以及如何處理。我們的原則很簡單：不放廣告、不做追蹤、不收集能辨識你本人的資料。
1. 我們不收集的資料
我們不會收集你的姓名、電子郵件、電話、位置、通訊錄、照片、廣告識別碼（IDFA／廣告 ID），也不使用任何第三方廣告或分析工具。
2. 只存在你手機裡的資料
遊戲進度、設定（語言、音量、震動）、已解鎖的內容與收藏品，都只儲存在你的裝置上，不會傳送給我們。刪除 App 時這些資料會一併刪除。
3. 購買
付費解鎖透過 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 完成。付款資訊由 Apple／Google 處理，我們不會取得你的信用卡或付款資料，只會收到「這次購買是否成功」的結果。
4. 跨遊戲收藏（「更多遊戲」功能）
部分 App 有「完成其他 Genmaru 遊戲的免費試玩，就能在本作領取收藏品」的功能。為了確認是同一支裝置，App 會傳送下列資料到我們的伺服器（Cloudflare）：

這些資料只用於發放跨遊戲收藏品，不會用於廣告、分析或追蹤，也不會出售或提供給第三方。伺服器另外會在系統層級短暫處理連線所需的技術資訊（例如 IP 位址），我們不會另行保存或使用。
5. 兒童
我們的 App 不是專為 13 歲以下兒童設計，也不會在知情的情況下收集兒童的個人資料。
6. 刪除資料
如需刪除跨遊戲功能在伺服器上的紀錄，請來信告知；因為我們沒有你的個人資料，請在信中附上 App 設定頁最下方顯示的「支援代碼」，我們會依此刪除對應紀錄。刪除所有 Genmaru App 後，該裝置識別碼也會由系統重新產生。
7. 政策更新
政策如有變更，會更新本頁並修改上方的生效日期。

本ポリシーは、Genmaru（開発者：Shou-Shan Xiao、以下「当方」）が配信するゲームアプリが取り扱う情報とその方法について説明します。当方の方針はシンプルです：広告なし・トラッキングなし・あなた個人を特定できる情報は収集しません。
1. 収集しない情報
氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、位置情報、連絡先、写真、広告識別子（IDFA／広告ID）は収集しません。第三者の広告・分析ツールも使用していません。
2. 端末内のみに保存される情報
ゲームの進行状況、設定（言語・音量・振動）、解放済みコンテンツやコレクションは端末内にのみ保存され、当方には送信されません。アプリを削除するとこれらのデータも削除されます。
3. 購入
有料アンロックは Apple App Store または Google Play を通じて行われます。支払い情報は Apple／Google が処理し、当方がクレジットカード等の情報を取得することはありません。当方が受け取るのは購入が成功したかどうかの結果のみです。
4. ゲーム間コレクション（「ほかのゲーム」機能）
一部のアプリには「ほかの Genmaru ゲームの無料体験をクリアすると、このゲームでコレクションがもらえる」機能があります。同じ端末であることを確認するため、以下の情報を当方のサーバー（Cloudflare）へ送信します。

これらの情報はゲーム間コレクションの付与のみに使用し、広告・分析・トラッキングには使用せず、第三者への販売・提供も行いません。なお、通信に必要な技術情報（IPアドレス等）はサーバーのシステムで一時的に処理されますが、当方が別途保存・利用することはありません。
5. お子様について
当方のアプリは13歳未満のお子様向けに設計されたものではなく、お子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
6. データの削除
ゲーム間機能のサーバー上の記録の削除をご希望の場合は、メールでご連絡ください。個人情報を保有していないため、アプリの設定画面の一番下に表示される「サポートコード」を添えてご連絡ください。該当する記録を削除いたします。また、すべての Genmaru アプリを削除すると、端末識別子は OS によって再生成されます。
7. 改定
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、上記の施行日を改めます。

Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data the games published by Genmaru (developer: Shou-Shan Xiao, "we") handle and how. Our approach is simple: no ads, no tracking, and no data that identifies you personally.
1. What we don't collect
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers (IDFA / Advertising ID), and we use no third-party advertising or analytics tools.
2. Data that stays on your device
Game progress, settings (language, volume, vibration), unlocked content and collectibles are stored only on your device and are never sent to us. They are deleted when you delete the app.
3. Purchases
Unlocks are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment details are handled by Apple / Google; we never receive your card or payment information — only whether a purchase succeeded.
4. Cross-game collectibles ("More Games")
Some apps let you earn a collectible by finishing the free trial of another Genmaru game. To recognize the same device, the app sends the following to our server (Cloudflare):

This data is used only to grant cross-game collectibles. It is never used for advertising, analytics or tracking, and is never sold or shared with third parties. Technical connection data (such as IP address) is processed transiently by the server infrastructure; we do not store or use it.
5. Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Deleting data
To have your cross-game record removed from our server, email us the "Support code" shown at the bottom of the app's Settings screen and we will delete the matching record. Deleting all Genmaru apps also causes the OS to regenerate the device identifier.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
